So our offer was accepted for a house, the close is set to happen next week, the remodel the week after and we should move in the last week of the month (april). We turned in all of the flooring/paint choices in yesterday.
The house is a 4/2 with a formal living/dining room. We will be using the small "bedroom" off of the kitchen as an office. It has built in book cases around the fire place. The back patio is cute with a cute back yard. As you can see in the picture the front is really nice.
