I am reviewing make-up today. I guess I'm bored at work and I've gotten to the point that I won't be doing anything else productive today :)
Anywho. I bought both of these colors at CVS a while back and have used both several times. I like the purple better than the red. The coverage and intensity of color is good for both, altho the purple is a little lighter than I like, and the red is REALLY red.
The only downside to these is after a few hours the "shimmer" in the product (which is more like glitter) seems to jump off my eyelids and onto the rest of my face, so I look like a frickin' pixie.
The red does have WAY more glittery stuff than the purple and is better for evening makeup as it is more intense.
The purple works well for daily wear, just be wary of the glitter!
I've found myself choosing to wear purple eyeshadow lots more lately, its flattering for my eyes and is nice and low-key for the office.
SO overall I don't really like this eyeshadow and will not likely purchase other colors.
