FALL FESTIVAL IN THE JAPANESE GARDEN

Feast your eyes on the spectacular fall color of the Japanese Garden while you and your family enjoy traditional Japanese dance, music, martial arts demonstrations, papermaking, and tea ceremonies. Admission: Adults $5.00, Children (4-12yrs.) $3.00, under 4 free.

Oct 26 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The web page off the main site seems to be broken at the moment, but I called, the festival is still on! The links below have some details and some great photos of the garden and of past events.

We have gone nearly every year, its lots of fun and very relaxing to see all the beautiful colors. The best part for the kiddos is feeding the GIANT Koi fish in the ponds. I recommend bringing some old bread to feed the fish, there are quarter machines there for fish chow but it can pricey pumping quarters into those things!

These pictures are from 2007. Look at Izaiah's sweet baby cheeks!
