This is what I had for breakfast this morning. This is part of my resolution to LOOSE THE MUFFIN TOP!!! This was seriously yummy! BUT it was not the ideal breakfast. I would like a little more protein for that many calories!Here's the low-down:

Total Fat:6g
Total Carb:25g This is a little high!
Dietary Fiber:3g
Sugars:11g This is a little high too!
Protein:9g This is a little low for the overall calorie count....
